The house

The fenced grounds have no surrounding neighbours and include a garden, a poolside terrace with eight sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and a porch with barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. Hens, goats, dogs and pigs live in a separate facility on the property. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres, with depths of 1.2–2.2 metres and a children's area 0.5 metres deep.

Guest accommodation occupies the ground floor; the upper floor is locked. The Mallorcan-style living room has sofas and satellite TV and opens to a dining-kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and cooking equipment. There are four bedrooms with wardrobes: one has a double bed and three have two single beds each. Fans are available on request. One twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower, with space for a cot and high chair. Two bedrooms remain locked for parties of four or fewer.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Central heating is available at an additional charge. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for five cars are available.

Santanyí is 4.6 km away and has supermarkets, bars and cafés. Cala Santanyí beach is 9.8 km away. Cycling and hiking routes run through the surrounding area, and the Sanctuary of Puig de la Consolació is a nearby excursion destination.
