A mandatory Balearic Islands Ecotasa tourist tax applies to each guest aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. One bedroom is a walk-through room and does not offer privacy. The adjacent house is inaccessible to guests.
