The house

The garden has an oval chlorine pool measuring 6 × 3.5 metres, with a depth of 1.5 metres, six sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A garden path leads to a barbecue area with a large table and basic appliances. A small terrace opens into the living room, which has satellite TV and an open kitchen with a ceramic hob. Kitchen facilities also include a microwave and oven; an ironing board is available.

There are three bedrooms with wardrobes and two shower bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, space for a cot and a high chair, and direct garden access. The second has two single beds, a ceiling fan and an en-suite shower bathroom. The third has a double bed and air conditioning. One bedroom is a walk-through room without privacy.

Sheep and cats live on the property, and the owner visits daily to feed them. Horses are kept on the neighboring farm. The adjacent house is uninhabited and inaccessible to guests. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Ariany and its bus stop are 1.2 km away. Son Serra de Marina Beach is 20.9 km away, Petra railway station is 9 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport is 44.2 km away. The rural surroundings offer opportunities for walking, hiking and cycling. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over; ask the advertiser about possible additional charges.
