Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Barbecue use is prohibited in June, July, August and September for safety and fire prevention near the pine forest. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has two floors, and steps lead down to the pool terrace. Andratx and the Carrer Son Sampol bus stop are 3.6 km away. Sant Elm sandy beach is about 12 km away; Golf Santa Ponsa is 9 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 38 km away, Palma's intermodal train station is 31 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 29 km away, and Hospital Universitari Son Espases is 29.7 km away. Exterior parking is limited to four cars.
