The house

The fenced property has no neighbouring homes around it. Outdoor spaces include a dining terrace with a barbecue, a porch overlooking the town, and a lower pool terrace reached by steps. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4.5 metres, is 1–2.1 metres deep, and has 10 sun loungers. It is available from 1 April to 31 October. Barbecue use is prohibited from June through September for fire prevention near the pine forest.

On the main floor, the living room has a sofa, satellite TV and a fireplace, alongside a separate dining room with a wooden table and chairs. The kitchen has a gas hob and cooking utensils. A terrace laundry area provides a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Oil central heating is provided, and up to six fans can be prepared for summer. Wi-Fi is available.

The main-floor bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and space for a baby cot; a high chair is available. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two with a double bed each and two with two single beds each. Three upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; two further upstairs bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub respectively.

Andratx, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, is 3.6 km away. The nearest sandy beach is Sant Elm, about 12 km away, and Golf Santa Ponsa is about 9 km away. The surrounding mountain and forest area offers walking and cycling excursions. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.
