House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
Two bedrooms are upstairs in the main house; the third bedroom is in a separate poolside annex. Algaida is 4.8 km away and Can Pastilla Beach is 20.8 km away. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
