The house

The main house has an air-conditioned open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a ceramic hob, microwave, dining table and satellite TV. A bathroom with a shower is on the ground floor, and two bedrooms are upstairs. The third bedroom is in a separate annex beside the pool and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Each bedroom has a double bed, a closet and air conditioning. A baby cot and high chair are available, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside, a porch and rear terrace provide space for barbecues and outdoor meals. The private saltwater pool measures 6 × 4 metres and is 1–1.7 metres deep, with artificial lawn and four sunloungers around it. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.

The property is 4.8 km from Algaida, where there are restaurants and supermarkets. Can Pastilla, the nearest beach, is 20.8 km away. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations, events, smoking and pets are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used.
