This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 20 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
The annex building is not available. Water from the tank is not potable. Bedrooms occupy the first, second and third floors. Cala Deià beach is 13.3 km away. Trains and buses connect Sóller to Puerto de Sóller and its sandy beaches. Exterior parking is limited to three cars.
