The main house accommodates 14 guests in seven bedrooms across three floors: three bedrooms on the first floor, three on the second and one on the third. Six bedrooms have a double bed and one has two single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, air conditioning, central heating and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The annex building is not available.
The house has a living room with satellite TV, a dining room seating 18 and an equipped industrial gas kitchen with a microwave and oven/stove. A laundry area provides a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Up to two cots and two high chairs are available. Cleaning service is provided Monday to Friday.
Outside, terraces, grass and a barbecue surround a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 4 metres, with depths from 1.20 to 1.80 metres. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.
Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in Sóller. Trains and buses connect to Puerto de Sóller and its sandy beaches. Sóller train station and the Ctra. de Desviament bus stop are each 0.4 km away.
