Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.

Inca is 1.5 km away. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 30 km away; the north-coast beaches of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia are about half an hour away by car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 35 km away, Golf Pollença is 25 km away, Inca train station and the Carrer des Tren bus stop are 2 km away, Port d’Alcúdia ferry port is 31 km away, and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 3 km away. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
