The house

The fenced plot has no direct neighbors and includes a large porch for barbecues, a garden with lemon and orange trees, and a closed decorative well. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 m and is 0.5–1.8 m deep. Four sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.

The rustic living room has air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, utensils, a microwave and a dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed and air conditioning; the third has two single beds, a fan and a radiator. One bedroom opens directly onto the terrace and has no wardrobe; the other two have wardrobes. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and high chair are available on request. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available. Inca has supermarkets, shops, traditional celler restaurants and a Thursday market. The north-coast beaches of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia are about half an hour away by car.
