The house has five bedrooms, all furnished with double beds, as well as three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with showers.

One of the shower rooms is located outside, making it particularly convenient on pool days. For added practicality, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a cot is also available for guests travelling with a baby. The area of Campanet, set at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, offers a peaceful rural setting, perfect for enjoying nature and discovering the authentic side of Mallorca. Nearby attractions include the Coves de Campanet, the Fonts Ufanes – a spectacular natural phenomenon that occurs after periods of heavy rainfall – and the charming hermitage of Sant Miquel.

The village itself retains all the character of traditional Mallorcan life, with picturesque streets, a welcoming main square and a good selection of restaurants serving local cuisine. The beautiful sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro, with their clear waters, are around a 25-minute drive away. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the courses at Pollença and Alcanada, while the surrounding hiking and cycling routes are a wonderful way to explore the landscapes of the Tramuntana mountains.
