The house

The house has a private chlorine pool, a fully fenced private lawned garden, a terrace and a barbecue area. A spacious adjoining room has a fireplace and kitchen for use during cooler months.

Inside, the living room has air conditioning, a television and a fireplace, and opens onto the dining area. The main kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. There are five bedrooms, each with one double bed. The three bathrooms comprise one with a bathtub and two with showers; one shower room is outside. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels, a cot and a high chair are available.

Campanet lies at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Nearby attractions include the Coves de Campanet, Fonts Ufanes and the hermitage of Sant Miquel. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling routes, golf at Pollença and Alcanada, and traditional markets in Pollença and Alcúdia. The beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are around a 25-minute drive away.
