Indulge in a lavish Formentor villa for 10 guests with a private pool, outdoor dining, and scenic views. Enjoy modern amenities, multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spa, and play zone. Immerse in Formentor's natural beauty and its renowned beach. Privacy is assured in this idyllic Mediterranean retreat. The exteriors of this fantastic property are a real marvel. The house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 11m x 5m and a depth range from 0.4m to 2.2m.
In the pool area there is a small garden and an outdoor dining area, where you can all gather together to enjoy a delicious barbecue. You will also find a ping pong table and sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings with stunning sea and mountain views from the accommodation's furnished terraces. Thanks to its incredible location, there are no neighbours nearby and privacy is total.
Inside, the entire property has AC, underfloor heating and oil central heating. It is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room open to the kitchen which has access to one of the terraces. This room has Smart TV and satellite TV. The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. On this floor you will find a bedroom with double bed and two en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and hydro-massage shower.
There is also a toilet on this floor. The stairs lead to the first floor below, where you will find a second living room with Smart TV and a gas kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped, with fireplace and access to a terrace. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on this floor. The first one has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds, access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with shower; and the fourth bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace.
On the first floor below there is a third room with sofas and a play area for the little ones. On this floor you will also find a spa area with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower. You will be able to use the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. Formentor is known for its beautiful beaches of crystal clear water and white sand, surrounded by mountains and forests, with a lighthouse offering spectacular views of the sea and cliffs.
The Formentor area is ideal for nature lovers, with numerous hiking and cycling routes that allow you to explore its unique landscapes. It is also popular with fishing and diving enthusiasts, thanks to the richness of its marine fauna. The local gastronomy is a mixture of Mediterranean flavours with influences from Spanish cuisine, with dishes such as frito mallorquín, tumbet and the famous ensaimadas.
