House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of each guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. All rubbish must be disposed of and the property left properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house is arranged over two floors, with both bedrooms upstairs, and runs on solar energy. Cala s'Amarador Beach is 2.7 km away; Santanyí is 4 km away and its bus stop is 4.5 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 51.1 km away, Manacor train station 34.8 km, Palma de Mallorca ferry terminal 58.9 km and Hospital de Manacor 36.2 km. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
