The solar-powered house is arranged over two floors, combining traditional interiors with modern elements. Its garden features local flora, with private outdoor spaces, a patio and an outdoor grill. The private elevated chlorine pool measures 4 × 2 metres and is 1.4 metres deep.
The living room has satellite TV with German channels only. The kitchen-dining room has a gas stove, microwave, cooking utensils and a dining table with chairs. The same floor has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning; the other has bunk beds for two people. A cot and high chair can be provided. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.
