Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Air conditioning is optional at 28€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Up to two cots and two high chairs are available on request.

The entrance road is shared with another property. The villa spans two floors, with stairs to three bedrooms. Cala Gran beach is 5.6 km away; S'Horta is 2 km away and Cala d'Or is a few minutes' drive away. The bus stop is 1.3 km away, Manacor train station 22.3 km away, Palma de Mallorca Airport 50.3 km away and the Palma ferry terminal 69.1 km away. Exterior parking is limited to two cars.
