The house

The villa is arranged over two floors with four air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with shower; upstairs are two double bedrooms and another twin bedroom. A spacious living room with Smart TV is separate from the dining room. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and cooking utensils.

Outside, a 9 × 4 m saltwater pool reaches a depth of 2 m and is surrounded by lawn, sun loungers and parasols. There is a furnished porch for outdoor dining, a terrace, a garden and a built-in barbecue. The entrance road is shared with another property, while the house offers privacy.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, towels and a hair dryer are available. Up to two cots and two high chairs are available on request. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. Air conditioning is optional at 28€/night.

S'Horta is 2 km away and Cala Gran beach is 5.6 km away. Cala d'Or has restaurants, shops and a harbour; nearby coves include Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana and Cala Mondragó. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 50.3 km away.
