Intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The decorative dining-room fireplace cannot be used. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€/stay. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt.
