The house is arranged on a single floor. Its open-plan living room has a television, and the dining area opens to an equipped kitchen with an induction hob. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with towels and a hair dryer. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby.
The countryside-facing terrace has sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 4 × 5 m and is 1.3–2 m deep. There are immediate neighbours, so privacy is partial. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available.
Costitx offers village services, restaurants and a traditional historic centre. The surrounding rural area offers hiking, and the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca is a short distance away. Playa de Muro is the nearest beach, 27.4 km away. The dining-room fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.
