Listing description
The house has three terraces on different levels, with a sofa chill-out area, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor dining table. The upper terrace offers glimpses of the sea and surrounding countryside. A covered area has a ping-pong table, and a barbecue is available.
The living-dining room has a Smart TV and air conditioning. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has gas hobs, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, together with towels and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is free.
All three bedrooms have wardrobes and radiators. One has a double bed; the other two each have two single beds. A crib and high chair can be provided for a baby. One bathroom has a shower on the bedroom floor; the other has a bathtub in the ping-pong area.
Colònia de Sant Pere has restaurants, a small supermarket, a bakery, a bank, a yacht club and a seafront promenade. Nearby beaches include Colònia de Sant Pere, Cala Torta and Caló des Ermitans.
