Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at 200€/stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
