Events and smoking are not permitted. Pets weighing up to 5 kg are welcome, with an optional charge of 60€ per stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
