The house

The 200 m² single-storey house has Mallorcan-style architecture. Its living-dining room seats ten and includes sofas, a pellet stove and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The fully equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A high chair is available.

Each of the four bedrooms has two single beds, a heating pump without cooling and direct outdoor access. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower bathroom; there are two additional shower bathrooms. Fans, satellite television, Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available, along with a washing machine and iron.

Outdoors, artificial grass surrounds a chlorine swimming pool measuring 13 × 3.5 m, with depths from 1.20 to 1.70 m. The terrace and porch provide outdoor dining space and a barbecue, with sun loungers, parasols and a garden. There is exterior parking for five cars.

The house is in El Pla de Mallorca, near Manacor and Felanitx. The Ma-15 and Ma-5110 roads provide access to the island's eastern and southern beaches.
