House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Mandatory final cleaning costs 75€ per stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

The villa is beside a busy road on the outskirts of Pollença. Pollença is 3 km away and Platja de Can Cap de Bou is 9.6 km away. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
