The house

The single-storey villa has an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with a shower serves the house. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are available; a cot and high chair are provided for babies.

Outside, the saltwater pool measures 10 by 3 metres and is 1.20–1.60 metres deep. The garden has mountain views, four sun loungers, parasols, a terrace and a barbecue. A furnished porch provides space for outdoor meals and a sofa for relaxing. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

The villa is beside a busy road, 3 km from Pollença and 9.6 km from Platja de Can Cap de Bou. It is close to the Tramuntana Mountains for hiking and cycling. Pollença Golf Club is 0.850 km away, Palma Airport is 54 km away, Sa Pobla railway station is 11.7 km away, the Pollença bus stop is 2.9 km away and Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 12.4 km away.
