House rules
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Mandatory final cleaning costs 150€/stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house is spread over two floors, with both double bedrooms on the first floor. Outdoor areas have partial privacy. Parking is limited to two cars. Playa de Muro and the Bay of Alcúdia are approximately 35 minutes away by car; Can Picafort beach is 36 km away. Palma de Mallorca airport is 33 km away, Sencelles town is 0.550 km away and the Sencelles bus stop is 0.350 km away. Inca train station and hospital are each 9.7 km away, Port d’Alcúdia ferry port is 38.2 km away and Puntiró Golf is 16.5 km away. A supermarket and pharmacy are each 0.350 km away, a bank is 0.4 km away and a bar is 0.110 km away.
