The terrace, accessed directly from the living room, is the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, unwind with a good book or spend time together as the sun goes down.

The barbecue is ideal for preparing delicious meals with family and friends, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to cool off on warmer days. Please note that, as the property is situated in a village, the outdoor areas offer partial privacy. Spread over two floors, the house offers welcoming spaces designed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The cosy living room is a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring the island, complete with a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning.

The dining area provides a pleasant setting for enjoying meals together, while the kitchen features a gas hob for preparing your favourite dishes. The house has three bedrooms: one with two single beds and a chest of drawers, and two on the first floor, each with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of the upstairs bedrooms also opens directly onto a terrace, perfect for stepping outside and enjoying some fresh morning air. There are two bathrooms with showers, including one en suite, offering added comfort and convenience for families or groups of friends.

A cot is also available for guests travelling with a baby. For added practicality, the separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, making longer stays even more comfortable. Situated in the heart of Mallorca, Sencelles is a charming village where you can experience the island’s authentic character and enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the busier tourist areas. Surrounded by rolling countryside, vineyards and picturesque rural landscapes, it is an excellent starting point for scenic walks, cycling adventures and visits to local wineries.

The village itself retains its traditional Mallorcan charm, with the Church of Sant Pere, historic windmills and quaint streets full of character. Nearby attractions include the prehistoric Talayotic site of Son Fred and the charming villages of Biniali and Costitx, both well worth exploring. For a day by the sea, the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa de Muro and the Bay of Alcúdia are approximately 35 minutes away by car. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy a round at nearby courses such as Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró.
