Smoking and events are not allowed. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
Sa Coma beach is 1 km away, approximately a 15-minute walk. S'Illot beach is a few minutes farther on foot. A car is not necessary but is recommended, especially for exploring the island. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. There are next-door neighbors. The Avda Les Palmeres bus stop is 750 m away; Manacor train station and hospital are 19 km away. Son Sant Joan airport is 68 km away and Port de Palma ferry terminal is 74.3 km away.
