The house

The fenced plot has next-door neighbors, large terraces, a furnished porch for outdoor dining and a barbecue. The chlorine pool measures 6.6 × 3.4 m and is 1.1–1.7 m deep. Its surrounding terrace has seven sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower.

The living room opens onto the terrace and has satellite TV with German, English and Spanish channels. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, utensils and dishwasher. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and two bedrooms each have a single bed. All four have a wardrobe, fan, terrace views and air conditioning; the living room also has air conditioning. One bathroom has a bathtub and bidet, and the other has a shower. Both bathrooms have an electric heater. A cot and highchair are available at no additional charge for guests traveling with a child.

Sa Coma beach is 1 km away, approximately a 15-minute walk, beside a promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. S'Illot beach is a few minutes farther on foot. A car is recommended, particularly for exploring the island, but is not necessary.
