Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 500.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 250€/stay; the published charge period ends in January 2029. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

Outdoor parking is limited to two cars.
