The house

The 270 m² villa occupies a 30,000 m² fenced plot surrounded by mountains and countryside, with no direct neighbors. Outdoor spaces include a chill-out porch, terrace, garden, parasols and ten sun loungers. The private saltwater infinity pool measures 4.5 × 12 m and ranges from 1 to 2.2 m deep.

The air-conditioned sitting-dining room has a television. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas oven and hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A high chair is available. The laundry area contains a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Heating and underfloor heating are available, together with towels, Wi-Fi, satellite television and a CD player.

All five bedrooms have air conditioning. The ground floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate shower bathroom. Upstairs are three twin bedrooms, two with closets. One upstairs twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub; a separate upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and bidet.

Artà is 1.5 km away and offers supermarkets and restaurants. Cala Moll beach is 13 km away; Cala Torta, Font Salada and Es Caló are approximately a 15-minute drive away. Free outdoor parking accommodates two cars.
