Maximum occupancy is four guests. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has two levels, with all bedrooms on the first floor. Platja de Palma is 25.8 km away. Alaró centre is 600 m away. There is no parking at the house; street parking and a public car park 150 m away are alternatives.
