The house

The 140 m² house occupies two levels. All three bedrooms are on the first floor and overlook the countryside or mountains: two have twin beds, and one has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. A second shower bathroom is on the first floor, with a separate toilet on the ground floor. A cot is available if needed, and toys are provided for children.

The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and satellite TV. The dining table seats six. The separate, equipped kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob, microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Air conditioning covers all bedrooms, the sitting-dining room, the kitchen and one bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, the garden has a lemon tree with fruit available in season. A 100 m² wooden deck and 100 m² lawn surround the private 10 × 4 m saltwater pool, which is 1.1–1.85 m deep. There are four loungers, pool towels and pool toys. A furnished private terrace opens off the living-dining room, and a barbecue is available.

Alaró centre is 600 m away, with shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. Hiking trails lead from the village into the Serra de Tramuntana, and Castell de Alaró is visible from the house. A fruit and vegetable market takes place in the main square on Fridays. Orient is a few kilometres away. Platja de Palma is 25.8 km away, Palma airport is 32 km away, Golf Son Termens is 16.4 km away, Alaró/Consell train station is 4.8 km away, the Alaró bus stop is 1 km away, Palma's Porto Pi ferry terminal is 34.7 km away, and Hospital Son Llatzer is 26.6 km away.
