Pets and events are not allowed. The bicycles shown in photographs are not available; storage is available for 10 bicycles. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Palma Son Sant Joan Airport is 38.7 km away, Llubí railway station 2.1 km, the bus stop 260 m, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 28.2 km, Golf de Pollença 21.1 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 9.4 km. The house has two floors and close neighbours. Garage parking is limited to two cars. The adjoining stone building is closed.
