The house

The fenced property has close neighbours, a 9 × 5 m chlorine pool with depths from 1 to 1.9 m, 10 sun loungers, an outdoor dining terrace and a barbecue. A furnished first-floor terrace overlooks the town and mountains.

The living-dining room has a sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning. A second living room has a sofa, an armchair and a TV without satellite reception. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob and is separated from the living room by a large window. The inner-courtyard laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are five air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and four with twin beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom; four bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are on the first floor. An additional toilet is on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available.

The garage accommodates two cars, and storage is available for 10 bicycles. The bicycles shown in photographs are not available. The adjoining stone building is closed. Wi-Fi is available.

Llubí town centre is 150 m away. Can Picafort beach at Sa Caseta des Capellans is 18.3 km away. Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor are around 20 minutes away by car. The Sierra de Tramuntana offers hiking and cycling routes.
