The 140 m² home stands on a fully private estate with two donkeys. Outdoor facilities include a fenced chlorine pool measuring 11 × 5 metres, 1.8–2.5 metres deep, an outdoor shower, a terrace, a furnished porch, a built-in barbecue, parasols, sun loungers and a ping-pong table.
The living room has a Smart TV with satellite channels and connects to the dining area beside the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus squeezer, crockery and tea towels. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes: bedrooms 1 and 3 each have a double bed, and bedroom 2 has two single beds. There are two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
A washing machine, cot, highchair, hair dryer, towels and two additional fans are available. The fireplace is decorative only. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are free. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Recycling bins are provided for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass, alongside water-efficient toilets and LED lighting.
The surrounding Pla de Mallorca countryside offers cycling routes and paths to viewpoints and historic mills. Alcúdia Bay and Can Picafort beaches are a 20–25-minute drive away. Capdepera, Pula and Alcanada golf courses are within reach.
