Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for an additional 35€ per stay. Guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before receiving access instructions. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard arrivals end at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is approximately 1.5 km away.
