The apartment occupies the second floor of a building without an elevator. Its living area has a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, dryer, iron and television.
A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay. Local experiences can be arranged on request. Venice Santa Lucia train station is approximately 1.5 km away.
Before receiving access instructions, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax. Arrival must be arranged with the local team at least 48 hours in advance.
