House rules
Pets are not allowed. Golf carts and LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach. The seven included bikes require a signed waiver before the access code is provided. The beach tram requires wristbands and does not allow wagons, glass, canopies, or pets.
Getting there
The home is in Seacrest Beach. Peddler's Pavilion shops, dining, and live music are 50 feet away. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are described as a short walk, with the page also giving approximate travel times of 7 and 11 minutes in the location section. Private beach access is through Villas at Sunset Beach and requires wristbands. A seasonal beach tram operates March 1 through October 31; pickup must be requested. The driveway accommodates two vehicles, and a car, golf cart, or LSV is not required by the source; golf carts and LSVs are not allowed in the named communities.
