Where is beach access located?
Beach access is through the main entrance of the Seacrest community and across 30A to Villas at Sunset Beach access. Wristbands are required for the private beach.
When does the beach tram operate?
The tram operates March 1 through October 31, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Pickup must be requested by phone, and wristbands are required. No wagons, glass, canopies, or pets are allowed on the tram.
How many vehicles can use the driveway?
The driveway accommodates two vehicles. The garage is not for guest use, and the community does not allow extra parking.
Are golf carts allowed?
Golf carts are not allowed in the community.
Is the beach tram free?
The beach tram is available to guests at no additional cost.
Does the third-floor primary suite have a walk-in closet?
Yes. The third-floor primary suite has a walk-in closet.
