Intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Inca town, train station and the Avinguda del Tren bus stop are 1 km away. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 25 km away and its ferry port is 26 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 32 km away, Golf Pollença is 17 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 2 km away. Accommodation is on one floor; the terrace is upstairs. The garden contains two fish ponds.
