The house

The 250 m² house has its accommodation on one floor, with a sitting room with satellite TV, a separate dining room and an equipped kitchen with air conditioning, a ceramic hob, microwave, oven and TV with local channels only. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the third has a single bed. One double bedroom has its own air conditioning, while the other double bedroom and the single bedroom share air conditioning.

Two additional bathrooms have a bathtub and a shower respectively. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one bathroom. One cot and one high chair are provided, with an additional one available on request.

The garden has six sun loungers, an outdoor shower, two natural fish ponds and a playground. The private chlorine pool measures 10.5 × 5.2 m and is 1.1–2.2 m deep. A furnished porch has a billiard table and barbecue facilities, and an upper-floor terrace overlooks the countryside and woods. The property is fenced and has no direct neighbours. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for five cars are available.

Inca is 1 km away, with restaurants, supermarkets and a traditional Thursday market. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 25 km away. Nearby excursion options include the chapel of Santa Magdalena and the Monastery of Lluc. The fireplace cannot be used.
