Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A mandatory final-cleaning fee of 170€/stay applies. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
