The house

The fenced village property has close neighbours. Outdoor facilities include a private saltwater pool measuring 9 × 3 m, with depths of 1.20–1.60 m, sun loungers, a seating area with sofas, a table and parasol, outdoor dining, barbecue facilities, a garden, a terrace and a children's playground. A shed provides bicycle storage.

Inside, a glazed dining area contains barbecue facilities and connects with the kitchen and living space. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. The living room has satellite television and air conditioning.

Each of the three bedrooms has two single beds and air conditioning. One bedroom and a shower bathroom adapted for disabled guests are on the ground floor. The two upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; one has a bathtub and access to the upper terrace, while the other has a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, cot and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are provided.

Sineu has a Wednesday market selling local produce. Nearby towns include Maria de la Salut, Lloret de Vista Alegre and Llubí. Can Picafort, the closest beach, is 19.9 km away.
