The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not allowed. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Neighbours are within 50 metres, so privacy is partial. Son Sant Joan airport is 61.1 km away, Sa Pobla train station 11.5 km, the Paseo Colon bus stop in Can Picafort 6.1 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal 16 km and Inca hospital 21.4 km.
