The house has a garden, a shaded dining porch and a permanent barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres, with depths from 1.30 to 2.20 metres. Privacy is partial, with neighbours within 50 metres.
The living room has air conditioning and satellite television. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob and microwave. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with a wardrobe and fan. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, fan and air conditioning. There are three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub. A separate lounge next to the barbecue area also has air conditioning.
The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus two portable electric heaters for use in the bathrooms. A cot and high chair are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for eight cars are available.
The rural setting is on the outskirts of Can Picafort, a few minutes’ drive from its supermarkets, restaurants, shops and seafront promenade. Capellans beach in Can Picafort is 4.7 km away, and Son Bauló and Playa de Muro beaches are nearby. The final approach to the house is an unpaved gravel road.
