Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A mandatory final-cleaning charge of 76€/stay and a damage deposit of 300.00 EUR apply. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to all guests except those under 16: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
