The house

The villa has a large terrace, garden, sun loungers, parasols and an 8 × 5 m swimming pool with a depth of 1–2 m. A barbecue and a porch dining area provide outdoor cooking and dining space. The property is fenced, with nearby neighbours and privacy.

Inside, the living-dining room has air conditioning and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms have one double bed, air conditioning and wardrobes. There is one bathroom with a bathtub. The separate kitchen has gas hobs, a dining table, cooking utensils, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. Wi-Fi, a fireplace, fans, a hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair can be provided. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Exterior parking accommodates four cars; covered parking is also available. The villa is 1 km from Lloseta, surrounded by mountain and valley landscapes with hiking routes and nearby wineries offering local wine tastings. Playa de Muro and Palma de Mallorca Airport are each 31 km away. Lloseta train station is 0.5 km away and the bus stop is 1.5 km away.

Pets and events are not allowed. A mandatory final-cleaning charge of 76€/stay and a damage deposit of 300.00 EUR apply. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 is deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over, at 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
