The house has a private 4 m × 3 m saltwater pool, 1.60 m deep, with sun loungers, a terrace with a barbecue and a furnished first-floor porch. Exterior parking is available for one car. Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor, where all accommodation is arranged on one level.
The living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV and opens onto the dining area. The fully equipped induction kitchen includes a microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with free Wi-Fi.
Three bedrooms each have two single beds, and a fourth has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms also has air conditioning. A second shower bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. A cot and high chair can be provided.
